Stylish stay with amazing rooftop and unbeatable location! We absolutely loved our stay at QT Auckland. From the moment we checked in, the staff were super friendly and helpful, with great local recommendations. The room was beautifully designed, with bold décor and little details that made it feel special. The bed was super comfortable, and everything felt clean and high quality. The rooftop bar — with views over the Viaduct - and the cocktails were spot on. The location is fantastic — just a few minutes walk to the waterfront, restaurants, and bars. Everything you need is nearby while the hotel still feels peaceful and private. Would definitely stay again — a great mix of luxury, fun, and comfort!

The staff we dealt with were fabulous. They really make the difference. All were very friendly and helpful but I want to make note of how easy it was as we couldnt get a park close to the hotel - when we told them where we were parked for the valet parking it was no issue - they just went and picked up the car and bought our luggage up within 15 minutes. The one staff member I really want to call out and recognise was Nicole who was on the desk overnight on the night of the 24th of October. We had an issue where we needed to move rooms at 4.30 in the morning (noise from the room next door all night). Nicole went above and beyond - she found us another room and upgraded us at that time of the morning so we could get some sleep. Our daughter was in the room next to us and she organised for her also to be moved the next day. She went out of her way and it really turned what had been a bit of a miserable night around and I cant speak highly enough. The location is also fantastic and the hotel is very funky and has a great vibe. Lifts are super quick and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Nothing to fault about the room at all.

Great location, especially for a stroll down to the Viaduct. Staff were super friendly and check in/check out was very straightforward and fast, even Valet Parking. The room was comfortable and clean. The mini bar was well stocked with a variety of things. And so nice they had a little dessert plate on arrival with a birthday card to celebrate my partners birthday. Loved the mini speaker we could connect and play our music playlist as we were getting ready to go out. Bed was super comfortable, great shower pressure, and toiletries. We decided to have breakfast there - and yum delicious! We will definitely stay here again 💕 thanks team QT.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. As indicated above everything met our expectations for a great weekend getaway. The hotel is very walkable to everything downtown including the waterfront area and ferry terminal. The restaurant was excellent, and the choice provided at breakfast of buffet or a la carte was very good. Loved the rooftop bar onsite. We made good use of the hotel's facilities and would definitely stay again.

We stayed with my elderly mum, plus our daughter. Had 3 rooms. The rooms were great. Our daughter was surprised to get a treat from hotel staff as it was her uni graduation. It was a great surprise and much appreciated. The car was always ready when needed. Staff were extra friendly to my elderly, often confused, mother. I am very grateful for this, as it was long weekend with a lot of travel for her. The young male concierge went over and beyond what was required, many thanks for your attentiveness and friendliness. Staff looked after flowers and a wheelchair until we arrived with no problems.

We loved the breakfast and the hotel had a good food selection. Room was a good size, bed very comfortable and clean. Also loved the rooftop bar for our cocktails.

We had drinks and nibblies on the Rooftop. Fantastic! The young woman working there on the evening of Monday 12th was incredible! Lovely, efficient, friendly. All your staff were excellent. Carlos checked us in upon arrival. He was so helpful and obliging. Dinner at Esther's was excellent. We dined there twice and the food was incredible.

Cool place. Very hip and stylish. VERY friendly and helpful staff. Flashy cool restaurant and rooms, interesting design elements. Nice bed and sleep. Coffee shop out back (separate business) is awesome and very popular. Lovely rooftop bar/restaurant.

Lovely and spacious rooms. Quirky decor and loved the restaurant and roof top bar being within the same building. We didn’t need to leave the hotel but still felt like a night out. Staff were friendly and helpful - we had forgotten to pack toothpaste but the reception staff sorted it out for us promptly.

Beautiful eclectic interior design, love every detail of this hotel. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the viaduct where there are many restaurants. Food and drinks are good too! Staff are so friendly and very helpful. Our server from South Africa was super friendly and attentive, he made our dining experience more lively and enjoyable. The Indonesian from desk staff was so helpful in my rebooking process, he was generous to offer me a drink’s voucher in their rooftop bar. Rooftop bar has stunning view and funky vibe, DJ played great music. Our room was spacious and very comfortable beds.
